The Show Decorator is Oregon Party Rentals, Inc. You may contact them at (541) 923-5500 for rental of carpets, furniture, sign-making and cleaning of displays. Please be advised, if not ordered in advance, services and equipment will be subject to “floor order” rates.
Electrician
FREE WIFI IS AVAILABLE FOR ALL EXHIBITORS
There is no technical support with the wifi. The WIFI is free to use and no password is required.
Please call Bend Broadband at 541.312.6615 for instructions on how to access the WIFI at the Expo Center.
TELEPHONE
The Deschutes County Fair & Expo–First Interstate Bank Center will install individual business telephones if you desire. To inquire, please call 541-548-2711. Your order must be placed 15 days in advance of the show. Please advise the Show Office of your exhibit telephone number so we may forward any calls that come in for you.
EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN TIMES
Tuesday, March 3rd – Noon to 8PM
Wednesday, March 4th – 8AM to 8PM
No vehicles will be allowed in the buildings after 4PM on Wednesday.
SCAM ALERT FOR EXHIBITORS
There have been a number of spam emails offering our attendee lists. These are scams and the senders are unauthorized to use the Marketplace Events’ name. These scammers are attempting to receive monies from exhibiting companies without providing anything in return. These emails are not approved by Marketplace Events, and Marketplace Events would never ask for bank information or other sensitive information over email.
